The room was clean and cleaning service was great. There was nobody there at 6:15 pm when I got in after delays with flights and a long day. I checked out and wanted a place to store my bag while I ate and waited to go to the airport but the lady in a closet, not at the desk but hiding in a closet said they could not do that. It was an odd way to leave and left a bad taste. I will not be staying at the painted lady again. Also there was no way to get H2O so ya…

There was only one issue that I had. There wasn't a microwave in the room. Other than that, no problems. Room was clean, staff was welcoming.

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.
